Anti-Money Laundering Policy: All deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements vary by promotion, typically ranging from 20x to 40x the bonus amount. For example, a Rp 500,000 bonus with 30x wagering requires Rp 15,000,000 in total bets before withdrawal. Different games contribute different percentages toward wagering: slots usually 100%, table games 10-20%, and some games may be excluded entirely.
Bonus abuse, including but not limited to multi-accounting, bonus arbitrage, low-risk betting strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements, or coordinated play across multiple accounts, is strictly prohibited. Detected abuse will result in forfeiture of bonuses, winnings, and account closure.
You may forfeit any active bonus at any time via your account dashboard. Forfeiting a bonus removes both the bonus funds and any winnings derived from those bonus funds. Only your original deposit balance remains withdrawable.
All bets are final once confirmed. We reserve the right to void bets in cases of obvious error (incorrect odds, technical glitch, duplicate bets) or suspected manipulation. Voided bets have stakes refunded and do not count toward wagering requirements.
